New Improved Practice Computer System Upgrade
Due to this computer system upgrade we can only book appointments up
until Wednesday 2nd May 2012. Therefore we are unable to
book appointments for Thursday 3rd May 2012 and beyond until 8:30am
on the actual EMIS Web live date of Thursday 3rd May
2012.
We appreciate this may cause some inconvenience and hope you
understand the essential upgrade that is required for the Practice
computer system in order for us to be a more efficient practice.
Please bear with us during this challenging time.

for their co-operation, understanding and apologise in advance.

The surgery telephone lines now open from 8:30am Monday to Friday. The doors are open from 8:00am on Monday's for Early Bird Clinic and 8:30 Tuesday to Friday.

Patient Participation Group (Online Forum) Now Open
As part of our commitment to our patients, we have created an online forum for patients to use to discuss services at The Vale Medical Centre. The Surgery will also post News items and announcements. Our practice was officially opened by Rt Hon Frank Dobson on 4th March 1999.
We have 6 doctors (2 Male & 4 Female), 2 practice nurses, 1 health care assistant and 1 community nurse to care for our patients.
They are backed up by an excellent team of staff.
